Khue (Katherine) is a research assistant (wet-lab position). She graduated from Mercer University, GA in May 2023 with a BS in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. She joined Lee lab in June 2023. Her research interest and involvement includes Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and somatic mutation across human tissues using FACS sorting, PTA amplification and bulk and single cell sequencing.
