Eduardo is an MD-PhD student in the Harvard-MIT MD-PhD Program who is co-mentored with Christopher A. Walsh, MD, PhD since 2018 for his PhD training. He completed his undergraduate training in Brain & Cognitive Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he did research on Alzheimer's Disease with Bradley Hyman, MD, PhD at Massachusetts General Hospital. He is interested in implementing and developing methods to better understand how somatic mutations contribute to the risk neurological and neuropsychiatric diseases. Outside of the laboratory, Eduardo is interested in teaching, mentoring and salsa dancing.
